What is a Team X-ray?
This is the first step to understanding your team better and helping them to work at peak performance. It is the first step in lifting the car bonnet and figuring out where you need to tune the engine.
How does it work?
We profile your entire team with our exclusive Big Cat Brain® profiling team, developed by Dr Libby Kemkaran.
This is a comprehensive profiling system which categorises individuals into four distinct brain types, each represented by a different big cat: Lion, Tiger, Cheetah, and Leopard.
Once the whole team are profiled, we arrange a 90minute debrief session with Dr Libby who will walk you through the team, focusing on:
- Their individual strengths & tasks they should avoid
- How they fit together as a team
- Their own communication styles and how to get the best out of each other.
- What core skills are missing in the collective profiles
- Identify who might be in the wrong role, or have the wrong responsibilities for their profile.
